I completed the walk-around on my 2016 Toyota Highlander and I am not satisfied with the workmanship. Repairs appear to be structurely adequate but the paint finish is sloppy and very disappointing. There is over spray and shop dirt still on my vehicle. At the very least, ABRA could have washed my vehicle to remove the surface dirt and perhaps a quick buff to restore the original paint finish for a car the purchases on June 4, 2016. Of note, there are paint runs on the rear left lift gate and upper rear bumber assembly. Again, not ABRA's best work. Please feel free to contact me via phone or email if you have have any questions.
