I was treated very fairly and was told up front what to expect.
I liked that I was kept informed about what was going on about the repair to my car throughout the time my car was in Abbra's shop by phone calls and texts.

The process dealing with TN Tint to get my stripe took more time than it should have. I believe the time could have been managed better in order to return my car to me 3 days sooner. Other delays in the expected return were due to parts location and delivery. I suppose this could not be managed.
