I was very frustrated with the insurance company of the person that wrecked into my car and your associates were the only reason I didn't lose my mind through the process. Beverly worked with me and she provided the best service I could have asked for. I was kept up to date regarding my car often which definitely puts my mind at ease. The manager at the store provided me with the feeling that my car and my concerns were met. Also when I was getting upset over the phone with Beverly due to progressives lack of concern for me and my vehicle she remained calm and made sure everything was okay. Although I hope to never have any body issues with my vehicle I would definitely return to this location if something would occur.
