The trunk lid was scratched from a buffer, this will have to be taken back in and have the scratches removed.

Job well done. My car is a 2018 Volvo XC 90 and at time of accident had only 4800 miles. Your team did a good job with getting the car back to where I hoped and provided me an assurance if I had any problem to let them know and they would get on it. I want to thank Mike Hardy especially for faciliitating the process between ABRA and Volvo and for keeping me aware of the status of repair.

If I can rate excellence for Abra, I would rate it every time! Even so I would say they always exceed in their work. These people are the most hard working, loving, caring, kindest people I have ever met In the Bartlett area off Brunswick road. There were some damages to my car after they took more apart and they took it upon themselves to help me out financially and repair things and made it look just as brand new as when I bought it. They deserve a raise, they deserve a THANK YOU! They help, because they are humans just like me. I will always recommend Abra to anyone and everyone! I joked to them about cleaning my car inside and vacuuming it and sure enough these people did and that was a cherry on top.! My car looks amazing and brand new thanks to this team. I was running a few min behind picking it up and they stayed even 4 min over to wait on me and when I walked in they still had smiles on their faces and never complained.! I always got the friendliest text updates on my phone and that was always a reassurance that everything was good and they are working hard on getting my car back to me. I have always enjoyed this team and Abra as a company because they love and they care and they will help you just as they helped me in every way possible. Thank y’all so much, a million times thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You guys are so caring and I couldn’t have asked for a better company and team to take care of my car itself and financially. The work was completed in a timely manner. The repairs look flawless. The interior looked new again and I wasn’t expecting that to have been done, so that was an amazing surprise, especially since two toddlers had previously trashed the inside with crumbs and such.

Paint has a ton of orange peal in it and so far I’ve found 3 fish eyes where it appears to have dirt or dust under paint
