I was first told to come In for an estamite and when I arrived at my appointment time the older lady at the front told me no that I just need to have the repairs done there and I asked again for an estimate and she told me there was no need and wouldn't give me one even though I had an appointment. She scheduled me for an appointment this past Thursday and when my mother brings my car in they have no info about me coming in and have to find a way to squeeze me in even and redo all the documentation and insurance information. Then I kept getting text updates sayin that my car was ready and when I called and asked they said that was incorrect it would be longer.. That happened multiple times.. Just need to get their act together
