Buddy was the Abra repair associate that worked on my car. He is located at the Abra at Newbrunswick road in Bartlett/Lakeland TN. He was great. In the beginning he was straightforward about the process and cost of repair as well as all possible outcomes. He spoke clearly and gave my wife and I plenty of time to ask questions. We received notifications from buddy every business day with updates about the car. And to top it off the car repairs were completed ahead of time. When I went to pick up the car there was a mix up with the insurance and buddy personally talked with my claims associate to sort it out. He is really a great guy and a wonderful asset to Abra.

Was advised at pick up that car is not complete and the parts will not be in for 2 weeks for a problem that was created at your shop. Trunk is not straight and back up sensor is going off when car in reverse. I have not had a chance to view during light hours to see other issues.
