The Job was done very fast. The SUV looked great when it was completed. I was kept informed about the status the whole way through the process. The front desk was flexible when I was late for my initial appointment. And on the day that I needed to pick up the SUV I didn't have a ride over and Buddy offered to come bring me my SUV so I could have it for the weekend and then I took him back to Abra. All of that makes for a great experience with something (body work) that typically is stressful and where the customer often gets taken advantage of. Thank you for your professionalism, your attention to detail, the nice people in the office and a good thorough job.
