Excellent repair process! Appreciated the personal service and texts - it helped to plan the rental car and my expectations. I received clear instructions not to wash/wax the repaired area so the paint cures and all the little raised dots go away. Looking forward to it looking like new again!

When I got my Jeep back there is an area inside the door that was repaired that is dented and scratched that was not seen before so not sure what happened exactly. Other than that...it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the text messages. There was some tension between two coworkers when I was waiting for my lyft ride to pick me up after I dropped my Jeep off that was very unprofessional.
