I was notified three times that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. However, each time I went to pick up my vehicle it was obvious that the vehicle was not ready. Additionally, I was not updated on the repairs. I had to contact Abra for status of my vehicle. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle there was a tab missing from the window/hood molding and paint debris was left under the hood on the engine of my vehicle. The tab was replaced while I waited. However, I was advised that Abra did not clean the engine although it was clean when brought to Abra to repair.
