Minor accident through insurance, Allstate recommended as a partner. Lower bumper was damaged, I've had it repaired before. Replacement lower bumper comes painted on my car, replacement was roughly 480, this year. I told my service advisor this dropping it of. Yet instead of replacing it, you sanded it down the damage and painted it for slightly over 500 (for me a 250 deductible). I'll have to look again in detail but I think theres at least one extremely minor imperfection. So despite my knowledge of the situation you chose a slightly more expensive repair which netted your shop more $ over replacing it, after I explained this, and without consulting me about it after expressing my experience. No need to contact, I will not be using service king again.
