I was told my vehicle was back to pre-wreck condition, but that was not the case when I arrived. I had to wait more time and I still don’t have my vehicle back. Please focus on the small details before giving us false hopes. I was elated to have my vehicle back, but disappointed that I had to leave it again so the rest of the repairs could be concluded properly or I hope.

My service contact, Brian McCoullough was excellent. He kept me informed almost on a daily basis. I would want him again if needed. The only thing I believe was that my car was taken in for repairs before they could work on it and I had to pay for the rental car for way too many days. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the repair.
