My check engine light is on and was not on before. My car is overheating when I drive speeds above 55 mph. It took 2 hours to get from Bastrop to Austin because I kept having to pull over and let my car cool off. My car was estimated to be finished on February 12th And wasn’t done until the 16th, no one called to apologize or explain why. I paid my deductible and trusted my car would drive smoothly when I picked it up, but I didn’t even make it a mile on the freeway before I started having issues. Service King was already closed by the time I started to have these problems so I was stuck to handle the situation myself. I am really disappointed and do not feel comfortable or safe about the outcome of Service King’s work.
