No callback or initial indication of estimated wait-time. No follow up other than automated emails that basically said you have my car. No explanation of work to be done. I had to ask exactly what was done and the also ask for the total cost minus the deductible upon pickup. Someone swiped my car in the parking lot prior to taking it in to ABRA. I had to file a claim on the car. Nobody at the body shop noticed that it had actually been vandalized, and that there was super-glue on the windshield and hood. I looked up how to get the super glue off of the windshield and carefully removed it with acetone. It would not come off of the front hood, but I carefully remove as much as I could, chipping away some of the paint. Really poor customer service even though you fixed the dent I pointed out. I'll pay cash elsewhere to repair the hood as I'm sure insurance would not cover my trying to take super glue off by myself.
