I'm completely impressed with the work done on my car; the paint matches, the work was done quickly, and I love the added perk of the interior cleaning once repairs are done. However, I had a few issues with the front desk. First, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes total just to make an appointment. I then got a call from ABRA asking when I'd like to make an appointment. When I called back, my original appointment had never made it on the books, and so I rebooked. Still, when I showed up, it still seemed like a surprise.
Today I received no call informing me my car was ready, and instead had to follow up on the ambiguous text. I was told to call the Roswell location, where a rep there informed me my car was, indeed, ready at Buckhead and had been since Friday evening. I called Buckhead back and told them as much, and was told, "Oh, yeah--it's been here since Friday. We didn't call you. Sorry!"
Again, I want to express how pleased I am with the work done on my car, but the miscommunication from the front desk was rather frustrating.
