The team was professional and thorough. My only somewhat disappointment was that my car mats were not put back in my car so I had to make a special trip to pick them up. Also, the cleaning team used something to clean my screen display on my car that left a film.
Just to make you aware. It won't prevent me from coming back.

The customer service manager that dealt with my claim was off the charts awesome!! The entire process was explained in detail and even the auto mechanic helped my get set up at Enterprise! I had a bad ankle injury and they went out of there way to help me! The car was done fast and looks great! On a scale of **** to 10, ten being the highest, I give an 11! Both my wife and I work for large insurance carriers in the claims department, so we know the process and know knock out service when we see it. Thank you thank you thank you!!
