Abra failure to complete the repair on the date promised caused unnecessary & multiple problems. (****) veh was suppose to be completely Friday & Entetprise advised St Farm coverage was exhausted & veh had to be returned by Saturday (2) Aba did not offer a loaner veh (3) Mon email from Abra does not indicate when veh will be ready to pickup or why not. I sent 2 text advising I was coming to get this car & received a response “call before you come “ (4) Time off work this am (5) under carriage is squeaky (6) Uber& lyft cost (7) inadequate timelines

I was not completely satisfied with Abra Auto Body and Glass because I was not treated equally as other customers.Initially, upon dropping my car off I was not given an estimate for the repairs that needed to be made.My estimator Brian Nichols was very lackadaisical when it came to giving me information about my car in which I had to contact Abra. After I contacted Abra I was directed to him to discuss the time my car would be available.At no time was I ever contacted! Brian Nichols is very unprofessional and is not concerned about customer satisfaction.
