Justin and Mike were extremely professional. The quote I received was fair and the car was delivered to me in a timely fashion. The bumper was good as new and the car wash was am awesome bonus! The customer service at this location rocks.

Great all around experience from Abra and it's staff! I am bad with the names but the receptionist did an excellent job of handling a hick-up with the rental car process and making me feel comfortable the entire time. Until delivery was scheduled, mechanics did not realize that the camera in the right mirror was calibrated. It was fixed though, and everything was good.

The repairs were well done. However, the buffing of other places on the car, which the adjustor said would be done at no charge, were done in a very haphazard fashion and left more marks on the car than were there originally.

Abra is my go to body and glass repair. I have had two cars repaired at the Tucker Georgia location and not only were the repairs exceptional the customer service was excellent as well.
Michael kept me updated daily as to the progress of the repair and went over and beyond to make sure my cars were completed in a timely manner. Abra closes on Saturday at noon however Justin stayed later so I could pick up my car. Go to Abra, you will not be disappointed.
