I was very impressed with the communication through the entire process. Amy at the front office had everything organized and even called the insurance company prior to picking up my car to try and clarify my deductible. (A different insurance company should have paid as their driver was at fault, however, my insurance company is going to need to go through subrogation.) Chris went above and beyond to get the dash lights figured out. The car looks wonderful. They did a great job.

Abra was great! A few phone calls and a string of emails was all it took to acquire a date for an estimate and a date for the actual drop off. Because this was a company vehicle, I had to jump through hoops and get through red tape on my end, but Amy was there patient as can be while I got it sorted. Maybe I spent a total of twenty minutes at Abra and everyone I encountered was nice. Five Stars!
