I'll preface this by saying I'm not exactly fond of visiting body shops (for obvious reasons) but Abra is truly FIRST class. From the kind receptionists to the e-mail correspondence, I felt at ultimate ease throughout the entire process. My technician, William Pinson, stuck with me, even through my nagging to find out when my car would be ready. He is a true sport and was a pleasure to work with. It was more like taking my car to a trusted family friend for repairs--if that makes any sense.
