They did a good job with the communication and correspondence. I think they're over promising at times, and I think they over priced some items compared to competitors.. Abra a little high.. But as far as quality, and customer service and being amiable & courteous I think everybody was fantastic.

This was the second time I had to take my car to ABRA Auto Body. In March of 2013 I had my car damaged during a hail storm here in Georgia in which I took it to your office in Fayetteville Ga for repair. Outstanding job. This time I was involved in a minor fenderbender. The other driver was responsible (and uninsured by the way) I contacted USAA and they set me up with your Buckhead GA office in which your Customer Service Manager Jason B Ryan got we set up for the repair. I have to say that is was a pleasure working with Jason. He kept me informed from start to finish. When I came by to pick up my car Jason and I noticed that in the sunlight the affected area didn't look right so he had it brought in for a little touch-up and it was good to go. Perfect tens across to board. Thanks for the service.
Hopefully I won't have to see you again, If you get my drift.

Everything was great - this is the second time I've used Abra, and couldn't be more pleased with the people and the service. Abra was actually my first choice this time (without checking with my insurance company first to see if they were a recommended body shop - thankfully they were), based on my previous experience, and will continue to be my first choice in the future. William Pinson handled my claim and he was AMAZING! I only wish Abra would have worked more quickly on my car it was there for 10 days. I think Abra takes in too many cars to complete customer's vehicles in a timely manner. On a scale of ****-10 I give William Pinson a 10 he was kind and kept me updated throughout the process. I give Abra a 4 because the work was good but it took too long!
