Very satisfied for several reasons: estimate was given quickly and accurately with a discussion of available options. An appointment was given quickly as a result. I was kept completely informed by Jason of the progress of the repairs and time of completion. A third party was paying for the damages to my vehicle by cheque and this was accepted by your representatives without problems. When I asked about the time of the delivery for the vehicle, I was given a quick answer. If needed, i will certainly take my vehicles there for work.

It took too long for my car to be ready. Granted there were a few bumps to my car being complete but i had to call them at least 3 times before getting someone who knew the status of my car on the phone. They would have me on hold 5-10min everytime! The pricing was fair and the convience of a rental is pretty nice.
