After receiving the update that my car was ready and incurring the cost of an uber to pick it up, But before accepting my car back, I inspected it to make sure that all was in order. It was not. The shop obviously thought they could get away with a half **** job because I'm a girl. They improperly placed the hood so that there was a noticeable tilt on one side vs the other, and they created new damage to the paint they had fixed. The paint was scratched along the edge where the hood meets the bumper. The guy kept saying "I double checked it." If that's the case, they obviously do not have an eye for detail. My car is a yellow camaro. I obviously care what I look like, and I'm not going to accept inferior work.
A representative offered to drive me home, but after this experience, I was too furious to acceptt, so I incurred the cost of another uber ride. I am lucky that I do not have to also incur the cost of several more days of a rental car.
Also, would have appreciated regular updates. The way they were given, they seemed haphazard. Very dissatisfied!!!

My car had been broken into the glass shattered and all contents of value including a computer were stolen. Needless to say that was not a positive experience however I just wanted to tell you the incredible customer centric, total focus on 100% customer satisfaction your entire office staff at Abra Buckhead location demonstrated throughout the experience. They were all very good but a gentleman Who goes by the name of, "Ren" De Benedictis was nothing short of outstanding in every aspect of his work. I personally worked at The Coca-Cola Company for 21 years and I recognize the dream customer facing employee when I see one. Ren is all of that and more, I would've hired him immediately at Coca-Cola. This guy is an outstanding asset to your organization.

Lorren did a great job of explaining what would happen in the repair process. She communicated as she said she would .
When I picked my vehicle up, Justin checked in with me to apologize for the damage incurred by a delivery driver (which was repaired) .
There is an ABRA closer to my home which I had used before, but their customer service fell short of the mark.

How is it possible for the strut and engine mount you replaced to have been defective? Additionally, we were told the car could be left overnight, then told it would take ****/2 an hour, scheduled time, & were then told it would be much longer. It took another 4 days. How could it initially leave your premises w/a defective windshield wiper fluid sensor?
