I don't need a phone call and will leave my comments here. I am satisfied with the work so far and appreciated the consistent updates on the repair progress as it took almost 2 weeks longer than originally estimated. However I was extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to wait when arriving for an estimate and again when dropping off my car - an hour past my appointment time. And I had to call and ask for my estimate 3 times before I actually received it. Really unprofessional. If this had not been a direct repair facility through the insurance of the person who hit my car, I would have certainly taken my car elsewhere.
