Though I was satisfied with my repair I did not receive my car back in a timely manner. I've had repairs done with Abra before and it's never taken longer than a week. Also, my car was not clean upon return, there were still marks in my interior trunk and on the back headlight. The consultant had told me they tried for hours to scrub it off but when asked to remove it off my headlight the guy not only took the marks off the headlight but they immediately came off the interior of my trunk. I'm happy that they got the job done, however I'm curious if something was truly wrong with my car that they weren't communicating to me which is why they took so long.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The Geico app was great in identifying the shop as a place to get the work done, people were very nice and helpful, the text messages were great, and the mirror was repaired beautifully. The rental car experience was seamless as well.
