I had to go to a discount tire and buy a air pressure gage because they forgot to put mine back in. Cost me an additional $80. And it took over 2 weeks when it was supposed to be for 5 days.

I think that you did a good job however; You needed an additional day to put my car through "detail and cleaning ". I picked my car up dirty.
Paying 2400.00, I expected my car to truly be clean. Especially when it takes an additional day for cleaning.
Communication was good through via text. That's about all I can say.
Also, the rep that was assigned my car enforced that "You better give me a good review. This is how I get paid!!!!!!,,,,, and I know where you live." That was interpreted to me as a terroristic threat........

From the check in process and throughout the repair, I was well informed and kept up to date. During the last day of repairs, there was a slight communication snafu but nothing that required an elevation of blood pressure.
I did read comments about ABRA that made me nervous, however, none of those reviews came to light. Being back in my car after 5 days is wonderful!
