Jasmine made my experience beyond wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the receptionist (Dawn?) doesn't seem to know what she's doing, maybe she's new, but she could use some training. Upon my arrival she told me they were unable to take my car in for service and I needed to make an appointment; the next available date was 2 weeks from the date. My car was un-drivable and my insurance already contacted the shop. When I returned to retrieve my vehicle after my repairs she told me I had to pay a $500 deductible. Thankfully, Jasmine told me it was waived by my insurance before I arrived or I wouldn't have known. Jasmine was extremely accommodating to my schedule and had a very upbeat attitude during a stressful time. Thank you Jasmine! It's because of her that I will recommend ABRA to others!

Everyone is so kind and always puts their best foot forward for the customer service experience. They also seem to have brilliant working relationships within the office. There is a high level of respect and I simply love this place! They’re so kind about keeping you updated frequently and being very honest and straightforward about what you should expect financially and timeline wise. Justin did a good jod and knew his task well. Coordination between ABRA and my insurance company however was not communicated well. My insurance was to have paid ABRA directly and this did not transpire prior to me needing to pick to pick up my car. This resulted in me paying for it directly. Not what I was told in the beginning. There may also be and issue with the paint job itself. I will need to look at it more closely in the sun to be sure. I will contact ABRA if necessary.
