Jason did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress on our vehicle. My only concern it not so much with Abra but the way the insurance company handles repairs. Example when headlights have to be replaced on one side of the car the other side also needs to be done. So it's not obvious the car had repairs done. the front end does not look good.
