I still have glass in my sunroof that was not removed when replaced. I was charged for new antenna but it was painted. Car paint did not include dupont guard from original coating. Two scratches still on car. I mentioned at pickup, called back was told person who helped me was on vacation and i mentioned it in detail when I was called about taking survey.
