They kept us in the loop regarding the progress of our repair and the repair job looks great! This is our second time to use ABRA within a year (both times because of a deer) and we've been pleased both times. Any future repairs will be at ABRA!

I was really happy about the work you did on my car but there is something I have to mention was not happy with The way you keep customers information log in your system. The insurance company had wrong phone number that I never had. When I dropped my car at your shop, I filled out my current information including my daytime telephone number that You can reach me . Nobody has called me for three days after I dropped my car then I got worried I called the shop then the person told me have been leaving messages but I never got them because he has been using the wrong # that was given by the insurance company. Pls correct your system accordingly.
