I was sent an email and received a call today that the car was ready. The car was not ready. as promised. The representative failed to notify me of this once I arrived to pick up the car. I asked several times if the car was ready and couldn't get an answer. The representative was very rude when I questioned her about the car not being ready as promise. After waiting 35 minutes and not being told what was going on with the car, it was delivered with read dirt on the tires. She ask me if I had time for them to add tire shine on the tires. No, I didn't have time for them to complete the tasks that should have been completed before a call/email were made to me. I was already running late.
I left work early in order to pick my car up and get my grandkids from daycare on time.
This was a very bad customer service experience.

They did an exceptional job. But what I need to note is that — even though the price was slightly higher than my other estimate (but not by much) — I chose Abra because everyone I came in contact with was FAR more personable than the other shop.
