Your team was EXCELLENT. I was kept informed each day of my repair progress which was very helpful in planning my week. Your receptionist and customer service rep (David) provided me with excellent service. The only incident that I would ask that you change would be to have a tech on Sat that can give you estimates. I went on Sat morning and was turned away because no one was available to give me an estimate on my car or take the initiative to assist me.
