This is my second time having repairs at Abra and it has been a pleasure. The workers are so nice, they keep in contact with you through text, they call you for any updates and when you walk into the building they greet you by your name and they make you feel like you're part of the family at Abra. I also love the fact that you can get your rental a car from Enterprise, they pick you up and drop you off that is a wonderful feature for people. I will recommend Arba to anyone

Repair took 3.5 weeks. I was told it would take @ **** week and expected 2 weeks max. Text messages received implied work going smoothly and almost completed as of 12/20 and that everything fine, when in reality it was not near completion and not fine at all. I was promised calls to provide updates and several times those calls didn’t come and I had to follow up. The many excuses as to why there were constant delays made me concerned about the quality of work being performed.
