There was not a scrape on the right rear door when sent in for repairs and now I have a scrape about 2 feet long from your shop. Also the seat air bag sensor was not repaired and it was not like this before I was rear ended. I am reporting this to USAA. It took too long to repair my bumper. I will use someone else for my front bumper.

Justin, at Abra in Fayetteville, was excellent! Great costumer service. He was polite and professional. Handled things very swiftly. Remained in contact in regards to my car and any instructions. The staff was very good as well. I received my car in much better condition than when it was brought in. They even took the time to clean the inside and outside. My kids replied "Mommy is this a new car?"

I wasn't happy that when I picked my car up on Wednesday one of my factory floor matt in the back is missing.The other back floor matt wasn't removed or vacuum. I founded the two front floor matts in the trunk after I lefted. My repair work is good. The attitude of the person that assisted me wasn't that pleasant at times.
