Very friendly staff. Only concern was the timeline of my rental car. Enterprise stated that Abra had been trying to contact me since 830 am on 08/30 to inform me that my car was complete. I didn't receive a call until closer to 430 pm that day and did not have time to pick it up. By 8/31 enterprise was calling to say my reservation had been terminated by USAA because the car was completed on 8/30. As of this time enterprise still shows a $29.43 balance and is going to contact USAA directly. I'm not sure how the confusion took place. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.
