Representative more than twice asked did I receive a check from the insurance company for the repairs. After I advised him no, the first time, one would assume the question has been answered. In my opinion it seemed as if he was trying to conclude if I had received a check and far to interested in if I had a check already and you weren’t going to get paid if that indeed was the case. Your records should provide all that information and maybe if he had taken a moment to familiarize himself with, perhaps his concerns would have been rectified and him asking him, would not have come off sort of “racist”. In fact when I picked up the car, he again asked if I had received a check so I insisted we both walk back in so he can check his records and I can leave with my car without his obvious concerns of how and whom will be submitting payment. It is not necessary for anyone to follow up. I have done business with this company several times before and the other times were overall pleasant.
