****. Local customer service office appears understaffed to be able to give anyone "express" service. Although your staff appears to be attentive and busy; one csr counter employee is not enough.
2. A return trip will be required to try and correct what appears to be a poorly designed after market rear bumper. The two tag light assemblies are made of a light gauge plastic and these are not secured adequately to the bumper, causing them to spring loose from the bumper when the vehicle is driven.

I had the most professional and pleasurable experience with Abra in Conyers, Ga. The staff was professional, inviting and handled my services with care. The location was convenient to my home and Enterprise rental where as my time wwas not compromised. The body work performed was excellent. Actually, when I picked up my car, which was surprisingly ready in 2 days!' I was handed the keys and I honestly walked passed the area the WAS damaged not realizing I had repairs done! I had to be reminded by the employee to confirm if I was satisfied! Wow! Such great work and recommend Abra to anyone in need of automobile body and/or glass repairs.
