The repair was amazing and fast my only small problem I had was I took it there with both my tail lights working and I noticed when I got more then halfway my brake light on the left side where the Damage was was out reason I didn't make a big deal over it was because it was a small easy fix. (The tail light / brake light was brand new)

Carman staff was very patient with me as I have not had experience with an auto collision before. I called several times asking annoying questions and both Krista and Renae were very professional and attentive. Although I hope not to have to bring my vehicle back for repairs I would be glad it was here. As far as the repairs everything looks great just like when I bought it from the dealer.

the body work was good. also the service was good but when I picked up my car there were 3 floor mats missing. they did return the front mat, but do not know what happened the two little mats that were in back. I ALWAYS LOCK MY CAR, EVEN AT HOME. THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE THEY COULD BE. DONT WANT TO GET ANYONE IN TROUBLE. BUT IM STILL MISSING TWO MATS.

Don't get me wrong, you did good work. But they originally told me it would take 2 days but it took 4. I understand that things happen but that was really annoying.

Well, where do I start? Must of my working career (about 50 years)has been in customer service so I know good customer service when I see it. My contacts with various Geico staff members were always pleasant. My experience overall was marvelous,simply wonderful. I still can't believe how helpful everyone, and I mean everyone was. They literally took the stress out of a very stressful situation. Thank you a million times and more.
