The only problem was the alerts that popped up on my phone we're very confusing, it said my repair was 58 percent done when in fact my truck was completed

The outter repairs were done beautifully. The car looks gorgeous. However, when I dropped my car off, I gave the man in charge of my repairs a checklist of things that needed to be fixed on my car. My list was not double checked before my car was returned to me and 2 out of the 5 damages were not fixed. Granted, they were minor in comparison to the front end damage my vehicle sustained; however, I didn't feel like I was fully listened to. I now have to set aside more time, gas, and toll money to get the repairs done that I already made them aware of in the beginning.
