Although I am sure your company is capable of good quality work, I wasn't satisfied with the approach that was taken to satisfy my needs. Let me explain, I did a walk through with your agent I pointed out my concerns and obvious damage at least to me. All I got back was " that doesn't look bad to me" I didn't see any note taking. This experience repeated itself once for the assessment and again during the drop off. I was called the NEXT day that my car was ready. I went to pick it up, shocked that it was finished so quickly but happy nonetheless. The concerns/damage that mentioned to your associate was still there and dare I forget to mention some new damage as well. Long story short your associate assumed responsibility and my car was returned to 4 days later and it looked great!

My recent auto repair experience with ABRA exceeded my expectation. The schedule worked out nicely with my full time job. The communication, especially the frequent status updates, was very clear and precise. Specifically with the body repair, it looks new as if the car was never damaged. After picked up my car, and it dried from the rain, we found it was still lightly scratched on same spot that you buffed out. When you look closer, you will see the scratch. We decided not to go back to your shop, because it's not visible from far distance.
