First off. My car battery was dead at pick up. They jumped it. Then, my tank was completely empty. I brought it in with a ****/4 tank. The front desk person showed me it had not been driven. I’m still perplexed as to what happened.
The manager did offer to reimburse me.
Additionally the windshield has a weird imperfection in it.
It’s a disappointing experience.
