I lost over $2500 or more income due to the length of time it took to repair my vehicle. I did not expect nor anticipate being without a vehicle for over a month. I think your shop did a very good job repairing the vehicle, I was just extremely unhappy with how long it took. Maybe the length of time was necessary, but if I I had known how long, I would’ve explored other avenues for a speedy repair.

communication issues, Liberty mutual offered the valet service at this location at this location, i accepted knowing it was miles out of the way. THe initial call to schedule i was specifically asked if my "hood was latched" to which it was. When the valet showed up they said we had to open it and close it. It didn't close again, had i been given that test i never would have scheduled at this location made no sense. I figured i am here might as well finish, the valet drove the car to your shop and handed me the keys. I expected to be picked up, no one informed that the valet end to end was then canceled, again lack of communication on your part resulted in a negative experience for me.
