I had a small hen egg size dent in the hood that was being repaired. Granted it was on the opposite side of the insured repair, but I was paying 1000.00 out of pocket also. The price quoted to fix it on my dime was 223.00 even though the paint was paid for and the repair was minimal. I expected to pay something .., 100.00 would have been acceptable but got no concession when I said it was out of my budget, explaining as I have above. The work appears to be very good quality, but as a business man in a service oriented wanting repeat business, I would have made a counter offer to a new client to establish a relationship that could lead to additional work. My company runs a fleet of vehicles!
