The process with Abra working with my insurance company (Esurance) was smooth from beginning to end. The quality of work that Abra did was first rate. They constantly kept in touch with me on a daily basis about the progress of the work. They were always friendly, helpful, and answered any questions and concerns I had. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend Abra to anyone who needs work done.
The only complaint I have is that it took way too long for them to schedule an appraisal and it took way too long for them to start work on my car. From the time I scheduled for an appraisal to the time the work on my car was complete was well over a month long.
