****. Everything leading up to getting the vehicle was great. Great communication throughout the entire process. Totally satisfied with this aspect.
2. The vehicle was not repaired properly. I think someone may have missed a QC check. There was an abnormal gap where the hood and the right quarterpanel meet. This was very noticeable.
3. The guy who came out was a bit "short" with me after I told him it was not acceptable.
