The staff is amazing. Manny is incredible. The front desk/cashier was apathetic.
Not all went perfect, discussed most with manager already. Manny was on top of fixing the issues. Today I discovered a small paint drop on my driver seat matching the base primer in the pictures.
From a customer standpoint, it wasn’t the staff, but the overall mission of the company that disappoints. When someone picks up their car it shouldn’t smell like nail polish, the interior shouldn’t need a complete detailing to remove shop dust; it’s in the over all presentation of All City Auto gave when presenting my new/fixed car. It was dirty, smelly, and not completely fixed.
Again. The staff is excellent, ZERO trouble with them. Great team.
