I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness , and concern exhibited towards the issues I had with my vehicle! I had a complex problem that was not obvious on the initial inspection. After having to take the vehicle back a few times, the Abra team took the truck, gave me a rental for a week, and found the problem and Fixed it!!

Although we were satisfied with the work done, there were a few mishaps along the way. First of all when the car was collected, the handle had not been done. It had to stay for extra days. When it was collected for the second time, the door would not open. Brought it back again and you fixed it but how would this not be noticed before you released the vehicle.
Anyway, other than the couple of things noted above we are very satisfied with the repair work and will consider using Abra in the future.

Thank you for the quick repair , though I need to call about my alignment as it now pulls to the right and the car shakes when I'm stopped which didn't occur prior to my collision. I did appreciate the great customer service though, I received updates daily and was so happy to get my car back all clean and shiny. I will most likely take my car back there for any other repairs in the future just based soley on the amazing customer service which I received. Steve was extremely friendly and informed me on a lot of things and policies which I was not aware of... Basically treated me like an old friend and I am eternally grateful! Thank you abra !!!
