I appreciated the fact that your representative, the Geico representative as well as the rental call rep were all available when I dropped my vehicle off and I was in and out of there in a short period of time. That allowed me to get to work quicker. And when I picked my vehicle up, I was also in and out quickly. That allowed me to get to my grandson quicker.
That makes my life easier.
