Antonio at ABRA Marietta, Ga was so nice. He kept me informed about my car and it's process and even gave my little girl some peanut butter crackers when we first dropped the car off cause she was restless. Antonio even inquired about her when giving me an car update. That's great customer service

The job was not done correctly the first time so they had to do it a second time which inconvenienced me. Also, The car was not ready when I got there the second that caused me to wait until it was ready. Additionally, I had the old piece of glass in my trunk and it was gone when I got home. This just goes to show that employees are going through your car. My radio was on a different channel than I left it on and the mileage was different.
