When we arrived we were greeted by Jason the owner and he was very prompt to help us and offer us complementary snacks and drinks while we waited to be to start the process, he then took the initiative and helped us with our paperwork, was very friendly and informative. Jason personally followed up with us when our vehicle had new progress. 360 Autoworks delivered went above and beyond, the vehicle was SPOTLESS, Looked COMPLETELY NEW and even FIXED the POWER STEERING PUMP AND DRIVE BELT as a CUSTOMER COURTESY! Jason even finished our vehicle earlier than expected! Even the HEADLIGHTS were POLISHED!???? BEST AUTOBODY EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HADE. We will Recommend Jason and 360 Autoworks to everyone we know!

Peter did a great job on my car body works, there is a minor problem on the glass but other than that great job. One thing I would suggest is they need to set up a better way to communication with customers, because I have to keep call in to check the status of my car.
