Air conditioning not working and ambient air temperature not working

The only opportunity that I feel could improve is comminication. I recevied a voicemail in Friday to return a call. I did return the call and left a message for the person that called me. I didnt hear back. I received a text Monday that my car was done and that someone would be calling me to confirm. Didnt happen. I called Wednesday to see where we were standing with my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle was completed on Friday. So, now i have 5 days of a rental to pay for because of comminication. Overall great expierience and job well done.
